Vault Society Records acknowledges that our music is created using advanced AI tools, including Producer.ai, in partnership with direct human guidance, arrangement, and oversight. All compositions involve a collaborative process between our AI artist technology and our team, ensuring every track reflects both algorithmic innovation and genuine human creativity.
This certifies that Vault Society Records is the sole owner of the songs generated via Producer.ai and/or Riffusion with Jesse Collins serving as the human director of content, music arrangement, and A&R for these works. All tracks were created under an active Starter or Member plan subscription, complying with Producer.ai’s Terms of Service. We assert commercial rights to distribute and monetize these recordings, including via Unchained Music, and any ownership interest held by Producer.ai or Riffusion in the resulting songs is transferred to us upon creation.
Our recordings are original works created through collaboration between our AI artist and our human director, Jesse Collins, and do not incorporate any third-party copyrighted materials. All works are in compliance with Producer.ai’s content policies as well as Unchained Music’s requirements.
